I. Introduction
I’d say Mozaic Earth 🌳 is one of the most exciting projects I’ve ever worked on. Unlike many of my previous projects in banking or insurance, this web application is not tied to money but focused on impact. It is a fascinating tool for ecologists, helping them analyze and manage habitat data through interactive maps and tiles.
II. What we have done.
Mozaic Earth is a start up company from London, they looking for and outsoure team from VN to helping them built the portal, allow their ecologists can manage survey, checkpoints, labeling on their observation image.
My team consisted of three members, and I worked as the Team Leader while also collaborating closely with the CTO to get requirement to build the portal from scratch. The core feature was an interactive map that allowed users to explore and create map interactions. Users could then view satellite images and submit evaluations for specific areas. We also developed an image labeling feature to support AI training models. due to

III. The value
Unlike other projects that focused on building portals with simple forms and data in numbers, this one gave me the chance to design and develop an interactive map, which was very exciting. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with the CTO and developers from London to gain a deeper understanding of the business. Instead of just taking requirements and implementing them, we actively contributed ideas to shape valuable features and improve the overall architecture.

The project successfully reached its Phase 2 production release. Our team is no longer working on it as the company has shifted its focus to AI and Data initiatives.
