TMA Solution

Actually, TMA wasn’t my first company. In my third year of university, I joined a small tech group and worked for free to gain experience. My goal was to get into a strong department before applying for any internships.
When the time came for an internship, I chose TMA because I saw it as a great place to learn and grow. I started in the L&D Department, where most of the team focused on AI research using Python. During that time, I learned Python and worked with Django as a backend framework.
Most of the projects were centered around data collection, image labeling, and training data using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). At that time, large language models like GPT or Gemini didn’t exist yet, so AI didn’t have a huge impact on our products.
One highlight of my internship was getting the chance to build a web application using Angular (version 4). The web app allowed data collectors to label images more easily, with a built-in tool that used AI to auto-detect objects and support the labeling process.
👨🎓 After completing the internship, I realized that my true strength and passion lie in UX/UI and Front-End Development. So, I transferred to another department called TDesign. There, I worked on internal tools, template websites, and training platforms, switching to technologies like ReactJS and NextJS.
Due to personal financial reasons, I couldn’t stay at TMA for as long as I wanted. But to me, TMA was the place that helped me discover my skills and laid the foundation for my front-end development career.
I also had the opportunity to work closely with designers, the CEO, and other colleagues, which helped me learn a lot about UI/UX and even management. I picked up Figma and started designing websites myself—maybe not perfectly, but it was a great start! 😂
